Who we are

Mount Noddy Animal Centre supports the work of the RSPCA in the Chichester district and surrounding area. Nestled in the beautiful South Downs, the centre provides care and assistance to hundreds of dogs and cats each year who need a second chance to find their forever home. As a local branch of the RSPCA, we operate within the guidelines and rules of the national RSPCA but we are a separate registered charity. We are completely self funded which means we rely on fundraising, donations and our five charity shops that help support the work we do.

Our branch supports the RSPCA mission

The RSPCA as a charity will, by all lawful means, prevent cruelty, promote kindness to and alleviate suffering of all animals.

Our President - Dr Bruce Fogle

A renowned veterinay surgeon, As well as running a successful veterinary practice, Bruce Fogle has written guides on the care and training of dogs and cats for the RSPCA as well as many scientific articles on veterinary practice. He is the Co-founder and Vice-Chair of the charity Hearing Dogs for Deaf People, and in 2004 received an MBE for his services. His expertise will be a valuable addition to the dedicated and passionate team at Mount Noddy.
